It's hard to believe the kids will all be out of school next week! Today was Anna's last day of preschool with Ms. Homer. Jantzen will finish with Ms. Carol on Thursday. Yesterday we all attended the Field Day at the Hibbard Elementary School to eat lunch with Tanner and Brinley. Everybody was excited about selecting something from the Book Fair also!
Recently, Tanner was announced as the winner of a drawing contest. His artwork will be the cover for the 2007-2008 yearbook. He was happy to be the recipient of a king-sized candy bar and a gift card to WalMart for $15.00. Free money and chocolate! Does it get any better than that?
Jantzen and Anna performed for the Rexburg Senior Center and the Teton House last week with their TaVaci group. All of the older folks thought they were a hit!
Brinley and Mom enjoyed our evening together at the Mother/Daughter gathering for Achievement Days recently. Brinley is also preparing for her violin recital next week. Her teacher is Lisa McNiven.
Tanner participated in the 4th Grade Idaho History Program last week and is looking forward to the Pacers Fieldtrip tomorrow at Porter Park.
Elsie is crawling around and has found the plants...dirt around her mouth was our clue!
Heather got a new camera for Mother's Day and now needs to learn how to use it. Pictures will eventually follow!
Aaron took the training wheels off Jantzen's bike on Saturday and now he's a pro on two wheels. Tanner went golfing with Aaron for the first time on Friday...we forgot the sunscreen. Whoops! We skipped spring and went straight to summer here.
