So here's the quick scoop on it all. Nothing terribly drastic (just A LOT of work). We literally moved around the corner from the home we just finished landscaping. Yes, it's true. The kids were most bummed about leaving the grass and trampoline behind. We enjoyed living in the dream home we built for all of 15 months...exactly Elsie's age.
In September, a lady knocked on our front door to ask about the area. About an hour later, she returned with her husband to take a tour of our home. They had just relocated from Alaska and were scouring the area for the 'perfect place'. They loved our home and we were just crazy enough to sell it to them! But only because we had the option of renting the newly built home around the corner that my parents will one day move into. Since we have another lot in the area, perhaps we'll build again when the dust settles. Then again....the dust never really settles, does it?

You should have told your parents that you will pay rent when it is landscaped. That is hard to leave the yard. Back to playing at the pond.
Wow! You guys are just a little bit crazy! I can't believe it! Good luck to you though. Glad I was able to see the other home though before you moved out! Who Knew!
