Matt & Whitney...married at last!

Matt & Whitney were happily married December 27, 2013 in the Salt Lake Temple.

I have attended a few weddings at the Salt Lake Temple over the years and it's a busy place.  This particular day may have been a record-setter.  To say it was PACKED would be an understatement...

The luncheon was held at Rodizio's Brazilian Grill in Trolley Square.

The abundance of food was almost overwhelming!  And so very tasty...

Jared flew in from Hawaii to attend the wedding.  Cameron and Kasey remained in Arizona since their baby was due any day...

A lovely reception was held at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building.

It was a fun-filled day but Brinley (b-day girl) was getting tired.

They were 'dancin' fools' and Lindsey's biggest fans...

Lindsey accompanied the first dance of the evening in Matt & Whitney's honor - "All of Me".
It was so beautiful.

Jordan enjoyed being DJ for the night.

The cousins sat mesmerized and then joined in the fun.

The Joseph Smith Memorial Building was a-flurry with post-holiday festivities. There were numerous sightings...Elder Perry, Elder Eyring, Elder Oaks and Elder Nelson.

And they were off!

The carriage took them to a hotel and the rest of us piled into our warm cars.

This is our lone picture of the lights at Temple Square.

It was the 'perfect day' for Matt and Whitney (she and her mom did a LOT of work to make it so).  Glad we could celebrate their happy union together.  Each of them waited a long time to find an eternal partner.  Some miracles just take time...
